Gochujang is a traditional Korean flavour, made with red chillies, miso and sweetener. Known for its sweet, spicy, umami notes, it is now a popular choice for many fusion and international dishes. You can pair it with fried chicken, dumplings, rice bowls, grilled proteins, crispy Asian snacks, or even pasta, eggs and instant noodles.

No, it’s a ready-to-use sauce, which you can enjoy as a dip or cook with it. Traditional gochujang paste needs to be diluted or used as a base. Ours doesn’t.


Slightly, yes. Our sauces are made with real ingredients, and small variations are part of how real food behaves. Chillies dry differently season to season, miso ferments at its own pace, and that texture comes through in the final flavour.


"Better for You" is our shorthand for what we leave out and what we put in. Most sauces on the shelf rely on high fructose corn syrup, seed oils, added MSG, and artificial preservatives or thickeners. We don’t. We use natural preservatives like vinegar and salt, and millet and rice flour to thicken. Our recipes are vegan and gluten-free, made in our own FSSAI-licensed facility.


We use Palm Jaggery, a traditional unrefined sweetener made from palm sap.


We don’t add any oil to our sauces. When you cook with them, whatever oil you add to your pan is the only oil in the dish.


Monosodium glutamates can naturally occur in foods such as miso, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, or through the interaction of two ingredients like salt and miso. This MSG is naturally occurring, perfectly safe, and present in many foods that pack an umami punch. We do not add any MSG powder or synthetically created MSG/ajinomoto in our foods.


No. We thicken with rice and millet flour, preserve with vinegar and salt, and build flavour from real ingredients — not extracts or synthetics.


All our ingredients are sourced from farmers and growers within India.


Absolutely. All our sauces are plant-based/vegan, which means we don’t add any animal-derived ingredients such as milk products, honey, fish sauce or meat products in our food.


Yes. We use rice and millet flour to thicken, so there’s no wheat anywhere in the recipe.


Yes, it contains soy (from miso). It may also contain traces of nuts. Always check the label if you have allergies.


Our Gochujang is formulated to be used both as a dip and a cooking sauce. Simply pop open a jar and scoop up the sauce to pair with food. You can also add it to cook stir-fry dishes, noodles, bowls, fried rice and more. It’s also a great marinade to bake, air-fry and deep-fry with.


Unopened jars can be stored in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, refrigerate the sauce. Always use a fresh spoon to avoid contamination.
